Unfortunately, due to the covid-19 pandemic packages are now experiencing much longer delivery timelines. We advise you order ahead at least 6 to 4 weeks before your event, or even much earlier. Please allow 7-28 days for your order to be personalized and 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location. We ship worldwide.
All packages are customized and delivered within a timely manner. We are closely monitoring the situation to provide the best experience for our clients. The average turn around and delivery time is 4-7 days.

All sales are final. Returns, Refunds or Exchanges are not accepted. Due to the rising number of covid-19 cases we cannot accept returns. The personal safety of the little ones come first. We make sure our facility follow all covid-19 protocols and we cannot accept any package from outside once it is shipped out from our facility. Our quality control department monitors and ensures that all goods are in perfect condition before they are shipped out.
