RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We have updated our Covid-19 return and refund policy. We are not accepting exchanges, refunds or returns due to safety reasons. Please ensure you read thoroughly before making your purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the non customized product within 30 days from the day of receiving the order. The item that is being returned must be in the same condition as it was received and undamaged in any way.

If the product is damaged in any way upon receipt or 30 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund. 

Once the item is returned and received a store credit is applied. We do not refund we only offer exchanges or store credit. 

Customized Orders

No refunds or returns on customized orders. 

Condition

All returned Items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in its original packaging. 

Proof of Purchase

To complete your non customized return a proof of purchase is required. You can contact by sending the proof of purchase via email, Instagram, WhatsApp or Facebook.

Lost or Stolen Items

We will not be responsible for lost or stolen Items. Our proof of delivery is what the courier company provides us. Kindly follow the tracking information provided to make sure your order is delivered appropriately. 

Sale Items

Sale Items cannot be returned or refunded.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 30% of the product price and any other additional processing fee will be applied. 

Return Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
